Email templating within Mailchimp including custom HTML/CSS and graphics for email campaigns.
Communicating with multiple departments on project requirements, feedback, and project timelines.
Custom graphics and illustrations made in Illustrator.

Art Director and Event Coordinator

Speak with volunteers to gather feedback and foster healthy communication between event staff and participants.
Create batch illustrations and graphics necessary for live event and promotional materials.
Delegate work amongst art team members with an expected standard of quality for deliverables.
Coordinate with core staff members to plan and execute new ideas for the organization.
Maintain a cloud drive of available materials with documentation and organized file architecture.
Update the org website as needed to reflect the organization’s mission.
